What I don’t do
- Staff augmentation or general full-stack contracting
- Foundation-model training or ML research
- Prompt tweaking without an evaluation harness behind it — it does not hold up
- Engagements where nobody on your side owns the outcome. Evaluation needs a counterpart who can make decisions about quality.
